Tuition

Compass High School Tuition for the 2021-2022 school year is $45,900. The tuition rate for the 2022-2023 school year will be announced in January 2022. Textbooks, instructional materials, supplies, and the cost of most field trips are included in our tuition. A one-time technology fee of $1,500 also applies for a new student. This covers a new Apple MacBook, software, and hardware for the years the student is at Compass. Upon graduation, the student will take ownership of the laptop.

Additional fees are charged for clinical services that are provided in a one-to-one format, and longer overnight trips.

Financial Aid

We recognize the effort and financial commitment involved in enrolling a student at Compass. Our Board of Trustees and school staff are committed to ensuring that Compass’s specialized program is available to students and families regardless of their ability to afford the cost. We actively fundraise for donations and grants to support a need-based scholarship program and increase financial aid resources every year.

The School’s Financial Aid Committee awards grants based upon careful review of each family’s financial aid application and the recommendations of School and Student Services (SSS) by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). As a result, financial aid awards reflect each family’s unique circumstances, vary in size, and may change from year to year depending upon our financial aid resources and the financial need of applicants. All financial aid information provided by families is kept strictly confidential.

The completed financial aid application (emailed forms and SSS documents) are due by February 15, 2022, to be considered for the 2022-2023 school year. Scholarship funds may not be available if an application is received after this date.
