Louise teaches the Science and Design Thinking courses at Compass High. She earned her degree in biology, geography, and education and is an alumni of the University of Chester and the University of Manchester.

Louise has taught in Kenya and New Zealand as well as the UK. She has worked as the education officer in both Unilever and Shell. As well as teaching science to all school-age ranges from kindergarten to seniors, Louise also worked in HE and was a tutor in education at Liverpool Hope University.

Her background in special education includes working with children with SLD and PMLD and running school-based outreach programs. Before moving to the US, she provided living support for young adults with autism spectrum disorder for the Wirral Autistic Society.
