Sayeh has a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of students from diverse backgrounds. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University, where she specialized as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
Sayeh’s professional experience as a school-based counselor has been instrumental in shaping her approach to mental health and academic support. Since August 2022, she has been providing therapeutic interventions for students, employing a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Adlerian Depth Psychotherapy. Her formal training in Restorative Practices by a licensed trainer has further enriched her ability to foster a supportive and inclusive school environment.
As a dedicated therapist and advocate, Sayeh continues to make a significant impact on the lives of students, promoting mental health stability and fostering a safe and nurturing school environment.
