Stephanie graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies and a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Prior to joining Compass, Stephanie worked as a peer coach mentor at Sonoma State University and a case manager for a non profit in San Mateo County, supporting youth with learning differences and emotional/behavioral needs. 

These experiences allowed Stephanie to understand the importance of promoting self-advocacy, empowerment, and creating welcoming spaces.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys the outdoors, baking, spending time with family and visiting museums.
