Vidhya Babu is an accomplished estate planning attorney recognized for guiding clients through estate planning, probate and trust administration, and other business/real estate matters. She is the founder of the Law Office of Vidhya Babu, APC. Prior to her starting her own firm, she was an equity partner at Fox, Shjeflo & Babu LLP for 15 years after spending eight years as an associate. Vidhya has guided thousands of families through navigating the challenges of managing assets. She uses an immersive approach that focuses on helping clients understand their options, honor loved ones’ intentions, manage liability, and protect family assets.

An active member of the community, Vidhya is committed to supporting local education and youth-centered initiatives. Prior to joining the Compass High School Board, she served on the Board of Directors of the San Carlos Belmont Mothers’ Club and was PTA president for Central Elementary School. Vidhya is also a longtime supporter of foundations, such as School Force and Carlmont Academic Foundation.

Vidhya graduated from Boston University (B.A., cum laude, 1996) and Temple University (J.D., 1999). Prior to joining her former firm, Vidhya was a summer associate at the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in New York City.

In her spare time, Vidhya enjoys participating in book clubs, traveling, and spending time with her family.
